IF YOU READ THIS "PRIOR" TO DOWNLOADING MUSIC ON OUR SITE, OR PRIOR TO CONTACTING US FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES, you will see that downloading the music you have purchased is as easy as 1, 2, 3!


1. THINGS TO CONSIDER AFTER PURCHASE, BUT BEFORE DOWNLOADING MUSIC.

---> Did you have a sufficient amount of funds in your PayPal account @ time of purchase to cover cost of music?

---> If the answer is NO, then PayPal will allow you to purchase music from our store using its "e-check system". This allows the user to still purchase items without physically having the amount of funds in their PayPal account needed to cover the cost of the item. This feature only works when the PayPal customer has a checking account attached to his/her PayPal account. It typically takes approximately 3-4 days for PayPal to extract the funds from the attached checking account needed to cover the cost of the item purchased. Once PayPal extracts the funds from the customers attached checking account, it then can send us the money for the purchase. It is ONLY then (once the PayPal e-check CLEARS!) that the link to the music purchased will show up in the customers Holy Culture Download "My Account" section.

---> If you have verified that you DO have money in your PayPal account, and are still not having links show up inside your account in the site, then you may email your PAYPAL receipt with your ORDER ID to andy@HolyCultureDownload.com and we will promptly re-set your downloads. Please note: download links will expire after 7 days, but we will re-set them for you if needed.

---> If the answer is YES, simply click on the "My Account" button on our websites navigation bar and follow the rules listed below...

2. INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD YOUR MP3s ONCE IN "MY ACCOUNT"

---> PC users with Internet Explorer: Click on link - OR - Right click on link and “Save Target As” to download to disk.

---> PC users with Mozilla Firefox: Click on link to download to disk.

---> MAC users: Click on link - OR - Press Alt + click on link to download to disk.

---> Opera Users: Click on link

---> Netscape Users: Click on link
